I am writing to enquire about lottery funds for a community project in our town.
Banyoles is a small town near Girona in Catalonia. There is a beautiful lake, but there aren't any much places for entertainment. For that reason, we would like to build a shopping centre here: with cinemas, shops, restaurants... I would be grateful if you could send me some information about lotterly grants.
